These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) governs your access and use of the Advan website located at www.advan.my (the “Website”) operated by IDSB Digital SDN BHD ("Advan", the “Company”, "our", "us", or "we"), as well as the products and services offered and made available through the Advan.my. Please read these Terms carefully before you apply for our product and/ or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website and any of its pages at Advan.my (https://advan.my), you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website. The materials contained in this site are protected by copyright and trademark law.

2. Description of service

  1. Partnership with employer. We offer Advan through employers that will allow their employees to request a salary advance from the pay they’ve already earned before payday with service fee deduction per advance. Advan helps employer to pay for them first and the repayment should be made when the pay period start.
  2. Qualification. Your employer may be required to register with Advan in order to access our services offered through Advan so that you are able to request from your employer to register your account. You will be asked to reset your password after your employer has registered your email. As part of the registration process, you agree to us processing your personal data, sharing relevant information between each other to enable us to validate your application details and to manage money transfer.
  3. Amount of Advan and Service Fees. You may request an Advan through our website up to 8 days before your upcoming payday. If you are eligible to apply at that time, the advance will be deposited into your bank account provided by your employer instantly within 24 hours, or to an external bank account within 3-days. We only charge service fee with a rate of 2% or RM10 per application whichever is higher. There is no interest charges.
  4. Repayment. The amount of Advan application that you requested plus service fee associated with the transaction will be deducted from your paycheck by your employer. Your employer will remit the amount deducted from your pay to Advan to repay your Advan application.
  5. Blocked from using Advan Services. We reserve the right, in sole discretion, to immediately to suspend or block your ability to use our services if you have unpaid invoice after the due date including any breach by you of these Terms or conduct by you that we determine to be inappropriate.

3. Accuracy of data

Materials appearing on the website may contain technical, typographic, or photographic errors. We may make changes to the information available on the website at any time without notice. However, we do not make a commitment to update materials on our website at all times.

When you register for Advan account or apply for a service on our website, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate information as may be prompted by any application forms available in connection with the services or as otherwise requested by Advan for such information (“User Information”). In order to use our services, Advan may be required to verify your identity. You authorize us to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity. If you do not respond to such inquiries or we cannot verify your identity, we can refuse to allow you to use the services

4. Communications

When you visit our website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to receive communications from us electronically to the extent permissible by law. Such electronic communications may include emails, messages received to your telephone number or other electronic communications. Your consent to receive electronic communications from us does not mean that we must provide all communications electronically. It is your responsibility to provide us with current and accurate contact information. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided to us.

5. Limitation and Liability

You agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service or any product obtained through the service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (iv) any other matter relating to the service.

Your access and use of the website or services may be interrupted from time to time for any of several reasons, including the malfunction of equipment, periodic updating, maintenance or repair of the service, or other actions that Advan, in its sole discretion, may elect to take. In no event will Advan be liable to any party for any loss, cost, or damage that results from any period of downtime of the website or services.

6. Modifications

Advan reserve the right to amend this Terms on this website at any time without notifying you. You should check this Terms on Advan.my periodically for changes. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions. The amended Terms are effective from the date they are published on the Advan.my website.
